As of 31st March, we have welcomed back fitness classes back to Truro Leisure Centre!
These classes will be taking place outdoors in our car park area with our instructors (Sean, Paul, Suzy, Holly & Anna).
HIIT – A training technique in which you giver all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short sometimes active, recovery periods. This will get and keeps your heart rate up burning more3 fat in less time.
Circuits – Intense workout for immense results. We’ll put you through your paces, with high-energy interval training, designed to push you that little bit further and encourage a bit of health competition.
Dance Fitness – Dance yourself fit! Our ranges of Dance Aerobics classes combine exercise and choreography with infectious music.
Functional Fitness – Get better strength and balance. The exercises in this session are designed to help you train and prepare your body for daily tasks by simulating common movements and muscles you use everyday at home, work or during sports.
Yoga – Loosen up and let go. Our mix of Yoga classes feature a range of exercises from energetic, full-body workouts to relaxing, more traditional poses.
Total Body Conditioning – Once you start, you won’t ever want to stop. These intense, exciting classes combine cardio and conditioning for a full on high-energy workout.
We are hoping that indoor fitness classes can resume for adults from 17th May in line with the Government’s road map out of lockdown.
