Daily sessions delivered from 9am-3pm Monday-Friday*

Our friendly coaches will guide the kids through various floor exercises in a fun, safe and inclusive environment for all levels. Each day is packed with skills that build confidence, develop skills and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Basketball Camp
Score the ultimate half term experience at our Basketball camp. Learn the fundamentals of the game, from beginners to advanced.
Choice of days Monday,Tuesday, Thursday or Friday

Junior Gym
Up until September 1st.
Promote healthy living, build confidence and get fit at our Junior Gym sessions.
Tuesday 11am-1pm
Wednesday 11am-1pm+ 3.30pm-6pm
Thursday 11am-1pm+3.30pm-6pm
Friday 2pm-6pm
Juniors will need to be aged between 11-17yrs old and will need to have an induction before using the gym for the first time. Juniors are not permitted to use free weights.
Adult and Junior Gym
Get ready to make Fitness a family affair.
These sessions are supervised by yourself, meaning extended opening times!
9am-4pm Every day.
Inductions are required and free weights are not permitted.
Our state of the art equipment is there for you to use, challenge yourself and work towards a fitness goal whether you are a newbie or an experienced athlete.
