Woolwich Lates with a twist!
Join us on Friday 28th July for a special edition of Holiday Fun Friday with a Woolwich Fitness Lates twist!
Take part in our FREE sports sessions from midday and fitness classes from 5pm in General Gordon Square, plus visit our specialist Healthwise team for a health check-up. On top of our sport and fitness programme, there will also be entertainment and great food from local vendors on offer.
Chuck on your trainers and head over to the water feature area for some Better fitness classes taster sessions; from basic HITT getting your heart racing, to finding your groove with dance fitness class. Invite your friends, pick a class and meet us on the dance floor (well, General Gordon Square!).
If you’re more into your sport than fitness classes, then head over to see our Sport Development team. Choose an activity or take part in all three and enjoy a bit of healthy competition with friends. All of our activities are suitable for all ages, but children must be supervised by an adult when taking part.

Our friendly team will also be on hand to talk through your fitness goals and if you’re feeling up to it you can even take part in some of our fitness challenges.
