Better Swim School Gala

On Saturday 21st June, Clissold Leisure Centre hosted Hackney's Summer Swim School Gala. This event brought together over 100 talented children from across Hackney who had been participating in the Better Swim School programme. It was a fantastic opportunity for the children to showcase the skills they had learned through their swimming lessons and to compete in a friendly and supportive environment.

The Swim School Gala was not just about competition. It was also a celebration of the hard work and dedication that the children had put into their swimming lessons. Every participant will receive a certificate of participation, recognizing their efforts and achievements in the pool. It was a proud moment for both the swimmers and their parents, who cheered them on from the sidelines. 

Well done to all the children who took part, what a fantastic achievement. Thank you to those who helped make this a successful.
