Ladywell Arena - is back open for public use

Ladywell Arena is back open to the public, customers can now use the gym and athletics track

Welcome to Ladywell Arena; a multi-use sports arena in the heart of Catford including a 6 lane floodlit athletics track and floodlit grass pitch. Working in partnership with Lewisham Council, Ladywell Arena is an outdoor hub for sports, training, events and home to local community sports teams including Kent Athletics Club, S-Factor Academy Athletic Club, Lewisham Borough (Community) Football Club and Forest Hill Park Football Club.  

Ladywell Arena is back open to the public on

Monday and Friday 7am - 3pm

Tuesday - Thursday 1pm -5pm

Saturday and Sunday 9am - 3pm

To use the centre, customers can book in advance on our Better UK app, online or in centre. If you are already a member just select the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner of your Better UK app and search Ladywell Arena, then use the heart function to mark it as one of your favourites.

The centre is open to pay as you go users (booking account required) or anyone with a Better UK membership. 

Nestled in the corner of Ladywell Fields, just a short walk from Catford Broadway and Lewisham Hospital Ladywell Arena is a quiet little haven away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. It’s the perfect location for anyone looking to take up running or looking to become more active in the Catford area.

The gym is easy to get to, located between Catford and Ladywell Train stations as well as local bus routes on Lewisham High Street. The nearest bus stops are Mount Pleasant Road Lewisham (Stop HF and HS) Busses: 47, 54, 75, 136, 185, 199, 208
