A brand new X-Cube is also located in our main gym to help you develop your fintness and improve your skills and workout. Pull-ups, monkey bars, T-Rex, boxing bag, farmer's rope and platforms are available to help you boost your fitness and if that's not enough, a special deadlift zone is located next to the X-Cube with over 100kg ready to be loaded on it.
Our Fitness Instructors are always happy to help whenever you need it. From your first induction in the gym, for your refocus sessions, for classes or just to support you in every step you take in your workout. Spot them on the gym floor in the green T-shirt.
