Body Conditioning

If you’re into intense calorie burning fitness classes then Total Body Conditioning is the class for you. Once you get started, you won’t ever want to stop. This intense, exciting class combines cardio and conditioning for a full on, high-energy workout.

Power Pump

We want to get you pumped up about exercise. This challenging fitness class features a range of weight-based exercises, support by upbeat music that’s guaranteed to keep you motivated.

Fitness Rebounding

Bounce your way to fitness with a low impact class using small trampolines; it’s fun energising, and infectious, but will make you work hard!

Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT)

National Fitness Day

National Fitness Day 2023 will take place on Wednesday 20th September and is a chance to highlight the role physical activity plays across the UK, helping to raise awareness of its importance in assisting us lead healthier lifestyles through being physically active.

Better and the rest of the UK will take part in the biggest physical activity celebration of the year. Run by UK Active, National Fitness Day aims to encourage the nation to get moving and bring people together. Following the last few years of uncertainty, we want to celebrate the fact that Fitness Unites Us.

At Morden Leisure Centre we will be running a variety of activities that you can book via our app or website.
