Did you know we have a brand new Sunday class here at Better Gym Romford? Join us each and every Sunday at 11am for Boxfit.

What is a Boxfit class?

Boxfit is a cardio based high intensity workout that uses different boxing techniques. One of the great things about boxfit is that it can be adapted to all ability levels, giving you basic moves for beginners to more challenging advanced moves for those who at a more advanced level.

During the class our instructor Qaiys will take you through a range of different techniques such as:

  • Boxing drills
  • footwork
  • abdominal work,
  • drills

Why you should take part in our Boxfit classes:

  • Box fit is a great way to engage in social interaction with others
  • It is a great way to release some aggression while training!
  • Perfect for all ages and fitness abilites

What is Boxfit good for?

  • Improving stamina
  • Toning legs, abs and arms

What do I need to bring?

If you want to join one of our boxfit classes we would recommend that you bring the following:

  • Comfortable footwear
  • A bottle of water to stay cool and hydrated
  • Towels as you’re going to sweat!
  • Loose clothing or fitted gym wear that allows you to move with restrictions

Is Boxfit dangerous?

We have a great instructor that will teach you how to execute moves correctly to minimise injury. You are more than welcome to ask questions and ask for demonstrations for clarity. If you don’t feel confident or want to take breaks you can do this also. You can work at your own pace in this class with zero pressure.

When is the class  and how do I book my space?

Sundays: 11am-12pm
