Yoga is a great way promoting mental and physical health which works by implementing low impact movement and stretches making it great for all ages and abilities.  It focuses largely on the connectivity of the mind, body and consciousness.

Taking part in regular yoga sessions can:

  • Help you deal and manage stress levels
  • Promotes better sleeping patterns and a better quality of sleep
  • Improvement in strength ,flexibility and mobility
  • Help you with back pain
  • Connects you with other likeminded people creating a supportive community
  • Help promote better self-care
  • Builds muscle strength

Not sure what to wear?

As yoga promotes being relaxed, to get the most from the session we would recoomend wearing loose fitting clothes that will allow you to move about freely.

What do you need to bring?

We have a spacious studio fully equipped with everything that you will require for the class such as mats and Yoga blocks etc. If you feel more comfortable  bringing your own equipment, you are welcome to do this also.

Will I be able to keep up?

One great thing about a yoga class is that it can cater to many different levels, you don’t need to be super flexible to begin with, over time and consistency and practice  your body will start to adapt.

How do I take part?

Our Yoga classes take place on Saturday mornings at 09.30 and are taken by Tina. To take part in our Yoga classes please reserve your space using the Better UK app. If you need any further information on this class please feel free to speak to a member of staff who will be happy to assist you with this.
