Here at Better Gym Romford, we have a great group exercise programme. We  off a range of different classes of different disciplines, each offering a great and exciting way to get moving, reach fitness goals and meet new people/

We have added a great new total body conditioning class on a Tuesday evening at 6.30pm. Total body conditioning a class for all different levels, that works the entire body buy using all the major muscles that are used on a day to day basis. This type of class is created to consist of movements (which can be adjusted to your ability level) that will over time aid your strength and over time decrease overall body fat.

The great thing about total body conditioning is that it can be done just by using your own body weight or with functional pieces of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells and body bars.

After working up a sweat in the total body conditioning class we have added a new Yoga class to the timetable on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm

Yoga is a great way to focus on your mind and body, as it promotes being calm and being in a state of relaxation.

During the classes you will be taken through a range of different poses and breathing techniques, these will help you over time become more flexible and also may aid and promote a better posture.

For both of these classes please remember to wear loosing fitting clothes for freedom of movement
