We are pleased to announce that we have introduced Basics Group Cycle classes to our fitness class timetable!

Class days/times:

- Basics Group Cycle - Wednesday - 6.45pm - 7.15pm 

- Basics Group Cycle - Sunday - 11.00am - 11.30am 

Who can attend:

These classes are open to both adults and juniors aged 11yrs+. They are perfect for adults who want to train with their child, as well as solo adults and solo juniors.

The classes are open for member and non members alike.

What is Group Cycle

Our Group Cycle classes are high intensity exercise sessions that take place on a stationery bike. The class combines cardio and endurance in a 30 minute high calorie burning session. The pace and resistance will vary throughout the workout, sometimes requiring all out fast pedalling and other times slower from a standing position - all completed to a bouncing and motivational soundtrack. Not only are our Group Cycle classes great for improving heart and lung conditioning, giving you all the cardiovascular gains, but they are also fantastic at toning muscles to make you super strong.

Booking a space:

All attendees (both adult and junior) must be booked in advance.

The sessions have a limited capacity so make sure to reserve your slot beforehand to guarantee your space. Members can book up to 7 days in advance (from 10pm) and non members can book up to 5 days in advance.
