We’re excited to announce the launch of a brand-new timetable of fitness classes, starting the week commencing Monday 29th September. With something for everyone, these sessions are designed to keep you motivated, inspired, and moving towards your goals.
The new schedule includes a wide variety of classes to suit all interests and fitness levels. Whether you want to build strength, boost your cardio, improve flexibility, or just have fun while staying active, you’ll find the perfect fit.
- Yoga with Katarina – unwind, stretch, and improve flexibility in a calming studio environment.
- Group Cycle with Eithan, James, and Leary – get your heart racing and legs pumping with high-energy spin sessions.
- Core Conditioning with Ola – strengthen your midsection and improve stability to support all-round fitness.
- Functional Fitness TRX with Ola – a challenging full-body workout using suspension training to build strength and mobility.
- Step with Angie – a fun, upbeat cardio class guaranteed to get you moving.
- Zumba with Leary – dance your way fit with lively music and feel-good vibes.
- Legs, Bums & Tums with Eithan – target your lower body with a classic toning workout.
- Strength with Eithan – build muscle, power, and confidence with guided resistance training.
With classes running throughout the week — mornings, evenings, and weekends — it’s now even easier to fit fitness into your lifestyle.
