To vary your workout why not try a fitness class. We offer a range of classes - from beginners to advanced level - in a fun and sociable environment. Choose from: Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, Power Pump, Group Cycle, Tai-Chi, Boxfit, Circuits and more.
The fitness class studio is large and bright with mirrored walls and hosts approximately 25 classes a week. The studio is well equiped ensuring everyone attending has everything they need for their workout.
The Group Cycle Studio is dedicated to instructor led group cycle classes with 23 bikes.
Water workout is also offered in the pool 4 times a week.
