With a community focus the gym boasts over 25 stations of state-of-the-art "Technogym" equipment including treadmills, bikes and cross-trainers. It also has a free weights area with Dumbells ranging from 2kg up to 28kg and a stretch area filled with mats and exercise toys inclduing core bags.

The opening hours for the gym are:
Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 22:00.
Saturday: 08:30 - 17:00.
Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00
