Fitness Classes

With fitness classes starting as early as 10:00am and running throughout the day until 8:00pm, there will be a class to suit your schedule. At the Oasis Centre, we offer a wide range of classes from Body Combat to Yoga and everything in between. 


  • Core Stability - Mon 7:00-7:45pm
  • Body Balance - Mon 8:00-9:00pm, Tue 1:00-2:00 pm, Wed 7:00-8:00pm, Thu 1:00-2:00pm, Fri 5:30-6:30
  • Body Combat - Tue 6:00-7:00pm, Sun 10:15-11:15am
  • Body Pump - Mon 6:00-7:00pm, Tue 12:15-1:00pm and 5:15-6:00pm, Wed 6:00-7:00pm, Thu 12:15-1:00pm and 5:15-6:00pm
  • Circuits - Wed 12:15-1:00pm, Fri 12:15-1:00pm
  • Masters - Wed Zumba Gold 10:30-11:15am, Thu Circuits 10:00-11:00am
  • RPM - Mon 12:15-1:00pm, 6:00-7:00pm and 7:10-7:55pm, Tue 6:00-6:45pm and 7:00-7:45pm, Wed 1:00-1:45pm and 6:00-6:45pm, Thu 6:00-6:45pm and 7:00-7:45pm, Sat 10:30-11:15am
  • Yoga - Mon 7:00-8:00pm, Thu 7:00-8:00pm
