We are very excited to introduce our new Astro Turf training area, we will be offering a wide range of fitness classes from gym target classes to Body Attack.

Strength training can improve your balance and posture and even gives you healthier bones, as well as helping with weight loss if that's your goal.

Functional Training is a low-impact way to strengthen specific muscles and areas of your body making it perfect for people of all ages and abilities.
You will find the following new kit in our functional training area:
- New fitness training RIG
- Three new Technogym group cycle bikes
- New plyosoft box sets

You will find a wide range of equipment to suit all your fitness needs from rowers to our new Technogym Cardio Excite range.
