Helping Hands

This Christmas, we are proud to support a charity that holds deep meaning for our members and our wider community. As the colder months settle in, many people in our city face increased hardship, and it’s more important than ever that we come together to offer warmth, comfort, and practical help. That’s why we are partnering with Helping Hands of Birmingham, a remarkable local organisation dedicated to supporting those who are less fortunate.

Helping Hands of Birmingham is run by a committed team of volunteers who give their time, energy, and compassion to serve individuals in need. Their work includes providing hot, home-cooked meals, essential hygiene products, and clean, warm clothing to anyone who requires support. For many, these small yet vital acts of kindness make a tremendous difference, offering not only practical help but also dignity, hope, and a sense of community.

This year, we are asking for your generous donations to help Helping Hands continue their incredible work throughout the winter season. Items that are especially needed include warm clothing such as coats, gloves, hats, and scarves; long-life snacks that can be stored and distributed easily; and basic toiletries that help maintain health and hygiene. Each donation, no matter the size, goes directly to supporting individuals who depend on these essential services.

We will be collecting donations from  28th November to 12th December, and all contributions can be dropped off at our designated collection point. Your kindness and participation truly make a difference, and together we can help ensure that no one in our community feels forgotten during the festive season.
