Swim For 60+
Looking to stay active and meet new people? Our exclusive lane-swimming sessions are just what you need! Specifically designed for individuals aged 60 and above, these sessions offer a more relaxed pace, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing swim while connecting with like-minded swimmers. So why not take the plunge and discover the benefits of staying fit and making new friends

- Tuesdays: 9.30am - 10.20am
- Thursdays 9.00am - 9.50am
Senior Club
Do you want that little bit extra? Our exclusive senior club sessions are just what you need! Specifically designed for individuals aged 60 and above, these sessions offer a more relaxed pace, allowing you to enjoy a number of activies. So why not give it a go and discover the benefits of staying fit and making new friends. Once you have finished you can stay for a tea or coffee whilst you have a chat.
Activities including: Badminton, Fitness Class, Raquet Ball, Squash, Swimming and Tennis.
Days and times available:
- Thursdays: 11.00am-1.00pm
Please note that swimming is only avaialble between 11.00am - 11.40am
