Staying motivated can always be a challenge, but with a wide variety of fitness classes available at Hammersmith Fitness and Squash Centre you'll find the perfect way to keep active.

Whatever you are looking to achieve we have classes for the whole community, from our standard fitness classes to classes specifically for older adults and women only, we’ve got something to suit everyone.

Our fitness classes are grouped into key categories, which help you identify the right classes for you. All of the classes listed below are available at Hammersmith Fitness and Squash Centre throughout the week.

Let's Be Strong Classes

Start building a better you. Choose from loads of great, motivational group activities that’ll help you strengthen and condition your whole body. Available classes at Hammersmith Fitness Centre include:

Ballet Fit: Ballet inspired fitness.  This unique blend of ballet moves, Pilates, conditioning and strength exercises, is designed to help you build a lean, dancer-like physique.

Power Pump: Let’s get pumped. This challenging workout features a range of weight-based exercises, set to upbeat music that’s sure to keep you motivated.

Total Body Conditioning: Once you start, you won’t ever want to stop. These intense, exciting classes combine cardio and conditioning for a full on, high-energy workout.

Let’s Focus Classes

Feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower-impact classes, which will leave you feeling refreshed and revived. Available classes at Hammersmith Fitness Centre include:

Pilates: Centre yourself. Our Pilates classes come in all shapes and sizes, but they all focus on concentration and muscle control, for a highly effective workout.

Yoga: Loosen up and let go. Our mix of Yoga classes feature a range of exercises from energetic, full-body workouts to relaxing, more traditional poses.

Let's Work It Classes

Get your heart pumping and feel better, as we move together in these fast-paced, high-energy classes. Available classes at Hammersmith Fitness Centre include:

Boxfit: A class that really packs a punch. Boxfit uses a range of boxing techniques to get your heart racing and leave you feeling  fighting fit.

Group Cycle: Pedal your way fit. Work at your own pace as you cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to uplifting music, or focus on achieving your goals in one of our discipline -based classes.

Circuits: Intense workout for immense results. We’ll put you through your paces, with high-energy interval training, designed to push you that little bit further and encourage a bit of healthy competition.

Let's Move Classes

Get fit and feel great. These fun, energising group activities are guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Available classes at Hammersmith Fitness Centre include:

Zumba: An aerobic fitness programme featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music. Guaranteed to make you sweat!

Fitness Rebounding: Bounce your way fit. A low impact exercise using a small trampoline. It’s fun, energising and infectious, but will make you work!

Step: Step it up and get in great shape. A motivational class using a platform and fast music for a high intensity workout. It’s so much fun, you’ll forget you’re working out.

Fit Beats: Feel the rhythm, everywhere! A great class to energise yourself and have fun, using drum sticks and body movements to release your inner rock star.
