The half term is over, so for many of our customers, it is back to school, back to work, or back to both.

We wanted to share some of our favourite bits of the half term and Jubilee celebrations to give you an insight into what you might expect for our Summer Holiday programme.

Holiday fun

Lenny the Lion made a much anticipated return to the Centre, to meet and greet all the families visiting during half term and to check in on the wonderful progress all of the swim school students have made since his last visit. Lenny told us he was very impressed to see how well everyone was doing and to see so many families having great fun.

Celebrations

There was plenty to celebrate during the half term also, with the Queen’s very special Platinum Jubilee. We hosted a themed group cycle celebration with a catered playlist for all things royal and themed smoothies to help refresh post workout.

Fitness Challenges

We also hosted a running challenge for global running day where staff and customers got involved to contribute to a 100 mile challenge throughout the day. Prizes were awarded for the longest duration and fastest run.

Back to normal

Despite the ongoing developments being made, everything in our centre is still running , although there might be a few changes. This means you can attend a group cycle class which is currently getting more attention through the classes providing a warm welcome to anyone visintg the centre having been relocated temporarily to reception.

You can compliment your training with a full body workout which will temporarily be relocating into the newly refurbished group cycle studio prior to classes returning to their home studio’s.

The gym is still open as normal with limited changes in these early stages, and our Fitness Instructors are always on hand to help. Whether it’s answering your questions, showing you how the kit works, teaching you new exercises or just putting a smile on your face. You can book in with them for an induction or look out for them in and around the gym.
