If you visited our centre on Monday or Thursday last week (14th and 17th Respectively) you may have noticed we’ve been giving back to our loyal customers with some goodwill gestures.

Monday 14th – Valentines Day – Upon leaving the facility you may have grabbed yourself a lollipop or a small chocolate love heart. We were spreading the love with a small gesture to all of our customers. We didn’t expect that everyone would love it so much, safe to say it went down a treat!

Thursday 17th – Random act of kindness day – With a similar approach, we offered our customers pieces of fruit on their way out following their workout. Absolutely nothing was left and many of you were incredibly grateful for our random act of kindness and we hope this was reciprocated throughout your day.

So, what’s next?

Coming up in March, between 14th and 20th, is Nutrition and Hydration week.

What can you expect?

We will be hosting Seminars, focused discussions on nutrition and diet with our fitness instructors. Guidance and advice posted on our social media by our instructors / Personal Trainers with an Instagram Live Q&A within the week. In addition we will be providing post workout smoothies to aid recovery and promote healthy eating throughout the week.

All details are yet to be confirmed but its safe to say that if you ever doubted if Highgrove pool was the place to achieve your fitness goals, then those doubts should be no more. Because when it comes to nutrition and hydration, we will have you covered between the 14th and 20th March.

Throughout the remainder of 2022 we will hope to run more in centre events such as this, to help keep you on track and striving towards your fitness goals.
