Last week saw us participate in International Womens Day, where we celebrated the strength and justice for Women all around the world through our group exercise programme and encouraging everyone to wear purple, the official colour for IWD.

Additionally we were also raising money and encouraging customers to donate to North and East Hertfordshire Hospitals Charity who were running a Women’s Health campaign.

This week we are celebrating Nutrition and Hydration Week.

This week is all about helping our customers understand the principles that make an effective nutrition plan to steer you towards achieving your goals, and to educate you on the importance of a good diet plan and staying hydrated in maximizing your recovery post workout.

We will be posting via our Instagram and Facebook accounts Tips and Tricks from our EXPERT Personal Trainers, Kieron and Emil.

The tips are both insightful, educational and simple to action, and will help you take control of the work you do outside of the gym. Whether it is finding clean eating ideas to apply to your day to day life and support your progress, or rehydrating after an intense class or workout to help make the most of your recovery.

If you’re lucky, you might even find some free tips printed at your work station and a bottle of water to help keep you hydrated and recovering well, doing what we can to help support you in your fitness pursuits.
