Following a £527,000 investment by Hillingdon Council the centre has had an uplift, so you can enjoy and benefit from all the upgrades made around the centre. The general look and feel is fresh and fun and you’ll find the motivation you need with our positive tag lines to ‘find your inner strength’ when working on your last set and you need that extra push.

It’s never been easier to get through our doors with our new speed turnstiles, which cuts down the queues and a staff member is always available on the concierge desk for those who need additional support or have any questions.

We have a brand new functional training zone in the upper gym, featuring the installation of a new functional frame and stretching area. The lower gym has benefitted from new plate-loaded Technogym equipment with dedicated strength and resistance zone for our gym lovers.

Your group cycle experience will be enhanced by the funky LED feature lighting and for those that want to have some leisure time with family, friends or want some competitive sports, the new flooring and line markings in the sports hall will make a game of badminton or basketball even more enjoyable.

With a choice of 4 swimming pools, get those lengths in or come for a family swim. Our pools will not disappoint and will accommodate all levels and abilities. It’s still a bit too chilly for outdoor swimming in the Lido, but this will be open from early April for you to enjoy.

If you want to use sport to achieve your fitness targets access to the athletics track and football pitches are also on offer for a friendly game or track session.
