Group Cycle  

Ready to sweat? Our Group cycle classes will ensure you burn some serious calories in a lively, atmospheric, motivating environment.


A class that really packs a punch! Our Boxfit class uses a mixture of boxing techniques to get your heart pumping, leaving you feeling fitter, stronger and fighting fit.


Burn calories and feel great. Our Cardio classes focus on a series of exercises to get you burning serious calories, feeling fitter and more energised.


Our Circuit classes offer an intense workout with better results! Focusing on high-energy interval training this class is designed to push you to your limits and improve your strength, stamina and endurance.

Strength & Conditioning

We offer small group fitness classes for greater focus.  These classes take place in studios, gyms or outside and offer intense training with a real emphasis on exercise technique using a range of equipment and body weight, exercises.

Core Conditioning

Get better strength and posture with our Core Stability fitness class. This low-impact class uses a range of innovative equipment and your own body weight to develop stronger abs and obliques - the crucial component to a stronger body!


Do you want a stronger and more sculpted body? Our Strength fitness classes are designed to help you get fitter, stronger and leaner incorporating free weights, deadlifts and other compound exercises that you may not normally use or feel confident training with on your own.

Body Conditioning

Once you start, you won’t ever want to stop! Our intense and exciting Body Conditioning classes combine cardio and body conditioning for a full on, high-energy workout!

Legs, Bums & Tums

Get fit, raise your endurance levels and shift some pounds with this fun class. As the name suggests, Legs, Bums and Tums targets and helps sculpt those problem areas!


Mind & Body

Our Mind & Body fitness classes work towards making you feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower-impact classes, which will leave you feeling refreshed and revived.


Our Pilates class is great for lengthening and strengthening your core whilst in a calm and relaxing studio environment.


Our Yoga classes focus on energetic and traditional yoga poses helping you to relax the mind and improve your strength and wellbeing.


The following classes allow you to get fit and feel great. These fun, energising group activities are guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

50+ Aerobics

Get fit and feel better the fun way! Our 50+ Aerobics class will have you  performing a range of cardio moves, taking each at your own pace, all guided by our friendly, motivational instructors.


Our Zumba is inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and traditionally performed to high energy dance music. This class is a guaranteed fun way to make you sweat and feel better.

Dance Fitness

Are you in the mood to boogie? Our Dance Fitness (Aerolatino) classes will keep you motivated with fresh choreography and exercise moves that bring a little Latin flair!

Group Cycle Basics Classes

We are pleased to announce that we have introduced Group Cycle Basics classes to our fitness class timetable which are open for both junior and adult members to take part in. Classes take place at the following times:

- Group Cycle Basics - Sunday - 11.00am - 11.30am 

These classes are open to both adults and juniors aged 11yrs+. 

Our Adult & Junior Group Cycle classes are high intensity exercise sessions that take place on a stationery bike. The class combines cardio and endurance in a 30 minute high calorie burning session. The pace and resistance will vary throughout the workout, sometimes requiring all out fast pedalling and other times slower from a standing position - all completed to a bouncing and motivational soundtrack. 

All attendees (both adult and junior) must be booked in advance.

The sessions have a limited capacity so make sure to reserve your slot beforehand to guarantee your space. Members can book up to 7 days in advance (from 10pm) and non members can book up to 5 days in advance.
