Let’s Target Classes

Let’s TARGET fitness classes are smaller groups for greater focus.  These classes take place on the gym floor and offer intense training with a real emphasis on exercise technique using a range of equipment and body weight, exercises.

Core Stability  

Get better strength and posture with our Core Stability fitness class. This low-impact class uses a range of innovative equipment and your own body weight to develop a stronger core.

Strength & Conditioning

Do you want a stronger and more sculpted body? Our Strength & Conditioning fitness classes are designed to help you get fitter, stronger and leaner.


Burn calories and feel great. Our Cardio classes focus on a series of exercises to get you burning serious calories, feeling fitter and more energised.

Let’s  WORK IT classes get your heart pumping to make you feel better, as we move together in these fast-paced, high-energy classes. 

Group Cycle  

Ready to sweat? Our Group cycle classes will ensure you burn some serious calories in a lively, atmospheric, motivating environment.


New for 2017! This class incorporates low impact movements using a small trampoline making you workout harder whilst having fun at the same time.


A class that really packs a punch! Our Boxfit class uses a mixture of boxing techniques to get your heart pumping, leaving you feeling fitter, stronger and fighting fit.


Our Circuit classes offer an intense workout with better results! Focusing on high-energy interval training this class is designed to push you to your limits and improve your strength, stamina and endurance.

Lets Be Strong classes

Lets Be Strong classes help start building a better you. Choose from loads of great, motivational group activities that’ll help you strengthen and condition your whole body.

Total Body Conditioning

Once you start, you won’t ever want to stop! Our intense and exciting Total Body Conditioning classes combine cardio and body conditioning for a full on, high-energy workout!

Les Mills BodyPump

Our BODYPUMP fitness class uses light weights with lots of reps for a complete total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques to make you feel challenged and motivated.


Let’s FOCUS classes


Let’s  FOCUS fitness classes work towards making you feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower-impact classes, which will leave you feeling refreshed and revived.


Our Pilates class is great for lengthening and strengthening your core whilst in a calm and relaxing studio environment.

Les Mills BodyBalance

BODYBALANCE classes focus on a series of simple yoga moves whilst embracing elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred.


Our Yoga classes focus on energetic and traditional yoga poses helping you to relax the mind and improve your strength and wellbeing.

Let’s MOVE classes

Let’s MOVE fitness classes allow you to get fit and feel great. These fun, energising group activities are guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

50+ Aerobics

Get fit and feel better the fun way! Our 50+ Aerobics class will have you  performing a range of cardio moves, taking each at your own pace, all guided by our friendly, motivational instructors.


Our Zumba is inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and traditionally performed to Latin American dance music. This class is a guaranteed fun way to make you sweat and feel better.

Dance Aerobics

Are you in the mood to boogie? Our Dance Aerobics class on Friday mornings will keep you motivated with fresh choreography and exercise moves every week.
