Core Conditioning –
Want to get stronger in everything else you do… it’s all in the core! Having a strong, stable core helps us to prevent injuries and allows us to perform at our best. Join us for a 30 minute core blast in the Functional Zone where our dedicated Fitness Team will coach you through a series of core exercises, adapting the exercise to match your ability and progress your stability.

Power Pump –
Want to tone, shape and feel great? This low-impact weight training class delivers a full-body workout in 45 minutes. Using light to medium weights and high repetitions, our Fitness Team will take you through a well structured toning class, focussed on building muscle in all the right places.
Why Power Pump? If you’re new to weight training, or just a fan of fitness classes, then this body sculpting class is an absolute must!
Legs, Bums, & Tums –
This popular class has always been a crowd pleaser. As the name suggests, LBT targets the lower body and abdominals – perfect for those wanting to accentuate and shape these areas. Delivered by Fitness Manager, Anderea, in the studio zone, this 60 minute toning session is fantastic for building confidence and curves in a social setting.
