Next up on our fitness type’s journey is cardiovascular exercise – so what is it? Any movement that raises your heart rate, gets your blood pumping and large muscle groups working. Walking, running and cycling are just a few that come to mind. It is recommended that we get at least 150 min of moderate exercise or 75 min vigorous exercise each week.
