Better Gym Teddington has an amazing variety of group classes on offer for you to choose from:

  • Strength based – get stronger & build muscle all in a friendly and motivating group class environment. Whether you’re a new bee or regular we will focus on technique, building strength, toning and sculpting your body.
  • Cardio time – want to sweat it out and work on your endurance we have this covered! Leave feeling put through you paces and with a feel good endorphin spring in your step.
  • Mind and body – A moments calm and an opportunity to bring the focus back on yourself in our ever busy lifestyles. These classes are a perfect way to optimise wellbeing, workout and de stress all in one.
