Sports For Confidence

Welcome to Sport for Confidence at Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre. 
 
We offer a range of opportunities including Boccia, Supported Gym, Racket Sports, Pool Exercise, Multi-Sports, Gentle Exercise and more!

Supported Gym 10am to 11am
Boccia 11.30am to 12.15pm
Multi-Sport 1pm to 1.50pm
Water Based Exercise 3pm to 4pm 
 
Thursdays
 
Racket club 10am to 11am
Boccia 11.30am to 12.15pm
Chair based exercise 1pm to 1.50pm
Multi Sport 3pm to 4pm
 
Maximising potential through inclusive physical activity. 

Sport for Confidence place an Occupational Therapist and Coach into a leisure centre to make reasonable adjustments and break down barriers to enable everyone to participate in accessible sport and physical activity and experience positive outcomes in their lives.

This is a service for adults willing to use sport and physical activity as a form of treatment in a way that suits you; come along to develop friendships and improve skills in a supported and safe space. Activities include Boccia, Supported Gym, Water-based Exercise, Adapted Sports and Physical Activity.

We ask that anyone (aged 16+) interested in attending a Sport for Confidence activity submits a referral: Make a referral to Sport for Confidence

Cost - £3.35 per person per session 

Activities take place on Wednesday's and Thursday's between 10am and 4pm
