Welcome to Sport for Confidence at Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre! 
 
At The Feel Good Centre, Waltham Forest we offer a range of opportunities including Boccia, Supported Gym, Racket Sports, Pool Exercise, Multi-Sports, Gentle Exercise and more! 
 
Cost - £3.35 per person per session 
Please note this is a CASHLESS venue and you will need to pay by card on reception or via the Better UK app. 
Free blue badge parking is available, otherwise parking is available by card at the machines or the YPay app.
