Social Sports Sessions
Join our exciting Social Sports sessions across local leisure centres in Waltham Forest!
Designed for anyone looking to enjoy sport in a fun, low-pressure environment, Social Sports offers a flexible and friendly alternative to traditional competitive leagues.
Sessions are available at the Feel Good Centre, Leytonstone Leisure Centre, Walthamstow Leisure Centre, and Score Leisure Centre, and are open to junior, adult, and senior participants. Whether you’re flying solo or bringing a friend, the sessions are designed to be easy to join and full of energy.
From Basketball and Badminton to the increasingly popular Pickleball, equipment is provided so there’s something for everyone.
Unlike formal team sports or leagues, Social Sports are built around people, not performance. You don’t need any prior experience, and there’s no pressure to commit weekly. It’s a perfect entry point for those looking to get moving or simply connect with others in a relaxed setting.
Each session is led by a friendly Sports Activator who keeps the activities running smoothly and ensures that everyone feels welcome. Whether you’re looking to boost your physical and mental health or build social connections we’d love you to join us.
Booking is quick and simple through the Better App, where you can find Social Sports Sessions in ‘Other Activities’ under one of the following tiles:
