Get Ready for an Epic Fitness Event! 

Last year we smashed it with the incredible BODYCOMBAT 100 celebration – and this year we’re turning up the energy even more! We’re thrilled to announce three amazing workouts coming to our LES MILLS Programmes, and YOU’RE invited to join the action!

BODYPUMP – 9am
BODYCOMBAT – 10.15am

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™

Step into a high-energy, non-contact workout inspired by mixed martial arts. BODYCOMBAT™ boosts your cardio endurance while sculpting and toning your entire body. You'll build power and agility as you punch, kick, and move your way to improved fitness and speed.

LES MILLS BODYPUMP™

Get strong, fast with BODYPUMP™ – a barbell-based workout grounded in science. Using light to moderate weights and high repetitions, you'll target all major muscle groups to build lean strength and elevate your fitness. 


LES MILLS BODYBALANCE™

BODYBALANCE™ is a modern yoga experience designed for everyone. Set to uplifting music, you'll flow through gentle yoga poses infused with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. This workout enhances flexibility, strengthens your body, and brings calm to your mind.

 

Everything you need to know: 

Do I need to bring equipment? 

No. We’ve got it all covered. Just bring your water bottle, a towel, and your energy! 

Do I need to book? 

Yes! Spaces are limited, so make sure you book your spot now. 

New to this? 

No problem! If you’re trying a class for the first time or unsure about any moves, our friendly team is here to help every step of the way.
