Our Power Pump Classes

We offer a range of pump workouts that are great for both novices looking to get toned and build muscle, as well as more experienced gym-goers.

Power Pump

Get pumped... get psyched... get moving with Better Power Pump classes. Our qualified instructors will lead you through a group workout that combines strengthening exercises with all-purpose fitness routines – all timed to an upbeat, motivational soundtrack.

What to Bring

Your local Better leisure centre or gym will provide all barbells, plates and other exercise equipment, but you may want to bring a towel and wear light, comfortable clothing while you work out. Please remember to bring a bottle of water – we’ll have fountains around for you to fill up as and when you need.
