We’re adding more to your gym
Following the recent refurbishment and the investment at Highgrove Pool and Fitness Centre that transformed the gym and the fitness facilities to state of the art gym, brand new equipment and introduction of a new Functional Training Zone we are happy to also enhance the customer journey by introducing Mywellness app.
Mywellness app allows you to track your workouts and with built in personalised programme to help you achieve your goals.
The app is free to download in Google play or the Apple App Store, or can be accessed via: https://www.technogym.com/int/technogym-app/
Mywellness hosts the ability to connect to all of our equipment, sync with a variety of fitness wearable devices, and will log your workout progress inside and outside of Highgrove Pool and Fitness Centre.
What’s more, is that our expert fitness instructors will happily design bespoke training programmes to you on the app, with video demonstrations to guide you through the workouts.
By logging in to Mywellness on the app or website, you can view exercise history, body measurements and compete in centre challenges.
The app allows you to input your workouts by logging in to the individual cardiovascular machines, through a quick scan of the QR codes on the equipment introduced as part of our ongoing improvements. Alongside the new improvements of equipment we have installed a Boditrax machine. The Boditrax machine a body composition and fitness tracking platform will help you understand more about your body and fitness levels and what you can do to improve your fitness journey.
To achieve your goals, research shows that progressive overload is a key determinant of success. The Mywellness app with the programme functionality will be available at Highgrove Pool and Fitness Centre in January 2023.
