Open Weekend 22nd & 23rd November 2025

Join us on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd November 2025 for our open weekend and experience everything our facility has to offer - no strings attached! Whether you're new to fitness or looking for a fresh training environment, this is your chance to explore our facilities, meet our friendly team, and try out what we have to offer, completely free.

On Saturday, why not step into our studio and trial our cardio and strength classes! Or trial our newly refurbished, 2 floor gym complete with a free weight area & functional zone!

On Sunday, we are offering a water safety session for the little ones in our small pool - one of life's essential skills!

Non-members - can participate by creating a free account via the Better UK app or online at https://bookings.better.org.uk/register, then simply booking an available open day activity. As part of the registration process, customers must agree to the activity terms and conditions, which include a signed waiver granting access into the centre.

What if i have a health condition?

Please make sure you let the members of staff know about any health conditions prior to the activity

What if i have never been before?

If you're new to any of the activites or unsure about using certain equipment feel free to ask one of our staff members. we're here to guide you. if you're using teh gym or taking part in any physical activities today., please ensure you've warmed up first. If you need guidence, our fitness instructors are here to help.
