Junior Gym – A Great Start to Fitness!
Our Junior Gym sessions are designed for 11–17-year-olds, offering a safe and friendly environment to get active, meet new friends, and enjoy the gym. It’s the perfect introduction to fitness!
Term Time:
Monday–Friday: 16:00–18:00
Saturday: 09:00–13:00
Sunday: 12:00–16:00
School Holidays:
Monday–Friday: 10:00–17:00
Saturday: 09:00–13:00
Sunday: 12:00–16:00
Booking: Sessions must be booked in advance via the Better UK App or by clicking the button below.
Junior Induction
To ensure the safety of junior members, all new juniors must have a gym induction prior to their first gym session which is led by a qualified fitness instructor who will show them how to correctly use the equipment and perform exercises.
Inductions are 30 minutes and will cover all the health and safety information for using the gym.
Inductions can be booked via the better app or in the centre.

Junior Strength & Conditioning
Help your child build strength, endurance, and flexibility with our Junior Strength & Conditioning class! This dynamic session combines functional movements and athletic drills in a circuit-style format to boost overall fitness and performance.

Adult & Junior Gym Sessions
New Adult & Junior Gym Sessions Available!
We’re excited to introduce Adult & Junior Gym Sessions, giving prepaid adult members the opportunity to bring a child aged 11–17 years to the gym outside of normal junior times.
Important Guidelines:
- Booking must be made via the junior’s membership.
- Children aged 11–15 must be actively supervised by the adult at all times.
- Resistance machines are not permitted for juniors during these sessions.
Sessions are available:
Thursdays & Fridays - 17:30-19:30
Saturdays - 13:00-15:00
Sundays - 10:00-12:00
