Dear Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club Members,

Here at Charlton Lido and Lifestyle Club we value our customers and your feedback as it gives us great insight into your views of our operations and services which consequently educates us in what we are doing well, and what we can do better!

Share your views with us

To further improve our services we are reaching out to our members to gather feedback on our products and services.

We are pleased to announce that we have arranged for the first Customer Forum of the year to take place on 23rd February 18.30-19.30 at Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club.

The Customer Forum will give you as a member the opportunity to share feedback, views and ideas with the Senior Management team of the Club.

Members Only

To ensure the Customer Forum stays relevant and customers using the gym, fitness classes, swimming pool and Tennis are all represented, we have agreed the Customer Forum to be a member only event.

To register your interest in attending the Customer Forum, we are asking you to email us on charltonlido@gll.org  titling the email Subject “Customer Forum register of interest”

The email should contain the below:

  • Name
  • Membership ID
  • What activities you use at the club
  • How often you attend the club

Members selected for the Forum will be contacted a week prior, where you have the option to accept or decline the invite.  If you are selected, you will need to agree to represent any other member’s interests who were not selected for attendance.

If you registered your interest and are not selected, you will be able to bring up relevant points through one of the selected members.
