Get ready to sweat, move, and feel amazing with our new Intensive Outdoor Bootcamp starting from Monday 26th May to Friday 30th May 09:00–10:00 all in the fresh air on our tennis courts.
Whether you're looking to increase your stamina, jumpstart a new routine or take your fitness to the next level, this is the perfect way to do it. The boot camp is designed to welcome and challenge people of all fitness levels and ages so even if you are a complete beginner to exercise then this is a perfect place for you to start your fitness journey.
Led by our team of experienced personal trainers, this energising boot camp features high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions will provide so many benefits on a physical and mental level. Get stronger, faster, increase stamina and endurance, improve your mobility and balance while burning fat and increasing muscle mass.
Participants will have the option to weigh in at the beginning and end of the week to keep track on their progress and continue to stay motivated. Spaces are limited, so we do recommend pre-booking the full week in advance at reception or through our Better app to prevent any disappointment of missing out.

HFUK Charlton Lido Members - Free
All other members with memberships based at Charlton: £3.50
Non Members: £13.50 per session, like a regular fitness class.
