Looking for Half Term activities for you and your family? We've got you covered!

Kids can swim for £1 between 10.00-13.00 & 14.00-17.00 during our Swim For All sessions between 23rd-29th October!

As part of our ongoing involvement in providing for the local community, we want to provide opportunities for everyone to use our facilities and encourage families to come along to our amazing pool.

Swimming is not only an essential life skill, but it is a great means to exercise for people of all ages. Swimming increases your heart rate to improve cardiovascular health, and the resistance from the water can also assist in toning and strengthen muscles and joints without the added stress or impact from activities such as running and weightlifting.

The following Swim Safely rules apply to all swimmers:

  • Under 8’s and non swimmers 11-17 must be accompanied by a competent adult swimmer
  • No more than two under 8’s or non swimmers 11-17 to each  competent adult swimmer
  • The competent adult swimmer must actively supervise under 8’s and non swimmers 11-17
  • Under 8’s and all non swimmers must remain in shallow water
  • We strongly recommend under 8’s and all non swimmers use armbands and/or an appropriate buoyancy aid
