Activity descriptions

Free Swim for Fitness

Our Swim for Fitness sessions are held in our main 25m swimming pool at regular times throughout each day. These sessions are suitable for those looking to improve their fitness, endurance, and technique through lane swimming. You can move at your own pace in a relaxed, supportive environment — ideal for swimmers of all abilities.

Free Adult Swimming Lesson (Beginners & Improvers)

If you’re new to swimming or want to enhance your skills, join our free adult swimming lesson. Our qualified instructors will help you gain confidence, improve technique, and feel more at home in the water.

Suitable for adults aged 16 and over.

Open Day Mind and Body Fitness Master Class

Feel better inside and out with our Mind and Body group fitness classes. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower-impact classes like Pilates and feel revived and relaxed with our mindfulness-focused sessions, such as Yoga. Experience a few of the disciplines in this Mind and Body Master Class.

Open Day Multi Sports

Delivered by specialist sports coaches, these sessions focus on skill development, teamwork and fun through a variety of sports and games. Activities include football, basketball, cricket, badminton and table tennis — ensuring children stay active and engaged in a safe, friendly environment. 


What to bring

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated
  • Swimwear and towel (for poolside activities)
  • Goggles (optional for poolside activites but recommended)
  • Workout clothing and trainers (for dry activities)
  • A positive attitude and readiness to enjoy!
