Following member feedback we have introduced a monthly Swim challenge in addition to our monthly Fitness challenge.
Wall squats - Wall squats helps strengthen weak muscles while doing a great job of helping to increase flexibility. They are an excellent leg-strengthening exercise that works to make the quadriceps muscles stronger—one of the biggest muscles in your body.
Challenge: How long can you endure?
When: This challenge can be completed anytime the club is open and has to be timed by one of our members of staff or personal trainers.
Human Ladder - Towed swims is a great team exercise used for team building and to increase full body strenght in addition to condition your body. This challenge is completed in pairs.
Challenge - How far can you swim towing someone?
When: This challenge is completed in our swim doctor sessions Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays with our swim doctor Tracy.
Winners will receive a 1-1 session with one of our personal trainers or a 1-1 session with Tracy.
