Take part in the squat challenge at Better Gym Holloway this November:
This month we are challenging you to see how many squats can you do in 30 seconds with a 15kg core bag? The person to complete the most amount of squats using the core bag wins a meal voucher worth up to £16.
To take part in the challenge, simply ask one of our staff to count how many you can do in the 30 seconds.
