Whatever you are looking to achieve we have classes for the whole community, from our standard fitness classes to classes specially for older adults, women and ante and postnatal, we’ve got something to suit everyone.

Feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower-impact classes including Pilates and yoga, which will leave you feeling revived.

Get fit and feel great with our selection of Let's Move classes. From Water Workout to Fitness Rebounder, these high energy group activities are guaranteed to put a smile on your face and burn calories.

Let's target

Let's Target

Smaller groups for greater focus. These 30 minute classes take place on the gym floor and offer intense and functional training with a real focus on exercise technique. The classes are perfect if you have limited time, and want to get the best out of your training session with a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.

The benefits of fitness classes

Join a fitness class and you'll reap the following benefits:

  • You'll move more - unlike cycling or running, fitness classes encourage you to move in different directions. Take Zumba, for example, this Latin-inspired dance class includes shaking your hips while moving sideways, backwards, diagonal and more.
