An ideal starting point for those wishing to get active

Get Fitter, Meet New People in a Safe Environment and most importantly Have Fun!

 

Developer group

60-minute training sessions using Athletic concepts such as:

Athletic sprint drills, plyometric training, running interval training, agility drills and circuits to make a faster, stronger, better you

 

First Session is FREE, and only £1.00 after then.
