We had many comments about having a squat rack in our main gym and we now have one in our free weights section at East Manchester LC.
Squats are a key part in any workout plan, becasue we all train legs right?
It has adjustable settings so the bar can be racked at any height and saftey bars in place to protect.
Squats are an important part of any leg workout with many variations. You can do back squats, front squats, box squats, zercher squats, front lunges and back lunges just to name a few.
Ask a member of staff from the pictures on our fitness board for tips as they will be more than happy to give you any advise to help teach you or improve your workouts or correct your techniques.
