Our class instructors have been resting and are back and better than ever from Monday 5th January 2026. We've listened to your feedback and following some recruitment have re-introduced some Yoga classes to the timetable, our Stamina - Gym Floor classes return in force and your favourite instructors have requested some timetable changes to keep things fresh!
