Whatever you are looking to achieve we have classes for the whole community, from our standard fitness classes to classes specially for older adults, we’ve got something to suit everyone.
Our fitness classes are grouped into key categories below, which help you identify the right classes for you. You can book classes in person at reception or you can book online.
