Restart a Heart at Falls Leisure Centre 2025

Learn CPR, act fast, save lives.

Join us on Thursday the 16th of October at Falls Leisure Centre for Restart a Heart Campaign. 

Restart a Heart Day is a global initiative aimed at educating the community about the critical role of bystander CPR and early defibrillation in savings lives during sudden cardiac arrest. The event emphasizes that immediate action can significantly improve survival rates, as every minute without intervention decreases the chance of survival by approximately 10%.

Come along to the social area of Falls Leisure Centre where we'll be hosting 30 minute CPR sessions from 9am until 3pm. This will give you all the skills and knowledge on preforming CPR on adults, children and babies. Get involved and feel confident to act, every minute counts.
