Situated on The Highway in the heart of Shadwell, St Georges Leisure Centre has been part of the borough’s history for many years and is home to a 33+ station gym with a variety of equipment to get fit and stay active. Our junior gym sessions for ages 11-15 are supervised and scheduled throughout the week and we also operate women only sessions. The studio provides a variety of fitness classes and dedicated sessions for our age 50+ Young @ Heart programme. The centre boasts two swimming pools; a 33m 6-lane main pool with 1 x 3m and 2 x 1m diving boards and the learner pool for our Better Swim School lessons.
