Basic Fitness Classes
Senior customers are able to access all classes throughout the week including our BETTER Basics classes designed by our instructors to provide lower intensity exercises and routines.
Each class will be tailored to the customer’s fitness and ability levels and are designed to use a whole range of functional equipment and body weights exercises
Monday - Basic Yoga - 10.45am
Friday - Basic Legs, Bums & Tums - 1.15pm
Multi Sports Activities
Multi-sport activities includes Badminton, Short Tennis, and Short Mat Bowls. Senior members are able to compete against each other in friendly and social enviroment, having fun whilst staying fit.
Session Day / Times: Monday - 10am-1pm

Aqua aerobics, is a form of gentle exercise done in water. These classes are suitable for everyone - regardless of age or ability - combining aqua aerobic exercises with strength and conditioning moves to give you a full body workout.
Water aerobics classes offer a fun way to exercise in the water that’ll get your heart pumping without putting pressure on your joints.
Supervised Gym Sessions
In a relaxed and enjoyable group setting, you'll enjoy the gym facilities and have the chance to engage with our Fitness Instructors, who will be there to give demonstrations, advice on techniques and explanations of the benefits of different machines and exercises. So if you've always wanted to go to the gym - this is the perfect session for you!
Our supervised times happens during the following times
