Junior Gym
For 11-17 year olds our junior gym sessions are the chance to enjoy the gym with specialised guidance from our experienced Fitness Managers during dedicated after-school and weekend time slots.
Junior Gym:
Term-Time Session Times: Monday - Friday 15.30-18.00, Saturday - Sunday 09.00-12.00
Half-Term Session Times: Monday - Friday 10.00-18.00, Weekends 10.00-16.00
Our friendly fitness team will be on-hand to supervise and assist, to ensure you safely enjoy and get the most from your workout.
After signing up, all junior members are required to have a junior induction prior to using the gym, which is bookable via the Better UK app.
