Following a £35,000 investment, Poplar Baths leisure centre's newly refurbished 95 station gym is now open. The gym contains the latest in state-of-the-art Technogym cardio and resistance equipment, as well as a brand new functional training area with track, rig and sledge. Our weights area has new dumbbells up to 40kg, as well as half-rack and plate-loaded machines.

The Sports hall is a multi-sport space offering:

• 4 Badminton courts
• 1 Netball court
• 1 Volleyball court

Furthermore it is bookable for events.

Swimming is great at any age. Whether you want to improve your technique, get fit, meet new friends, compete, or have fun, you are sure to find a pool session that you will love.

There are 2 pools in the centre:

• Main Pool: Our 25m indoor pool offers additional room to swim, and with additional water workout sessions you can get right down to business.
• Teaching Pool: Our Teaching Pool is perfect for young children or Toddlers learning to swim.

This studio is programmed with a range of Fitness Classes to vary your workout - from beginners to advanced level - in a fun and sociable environment.
